on a quick read-through this seems to be a statement of the bleedin' obviousthere is nothing new here: all the bad practices listed have long since been identifiedthe Governance section is particularly unsettling: do they really need to reinforce any of these very basic points ?(well, obviously they do !)
Yeah there's some really basic stuff in there. Majority independents on rem committees. wow. not.
