Hanging up my keyboard - for now

Due to impending house move, rapid development of Powdrill 2.0 and so on, I think it's time to take a break from blogging. And I'm going to try and go cold turkey, rather than gradually winding down.

I've managed just over three years, which is pretty good I think, and hopefully brought something a bit different to the lefty blogosphere.

Thanks to everyone who has contributed/made comments. See you out there in the real world.

PS. Vote Labour, as if that wasn't absolutely obvious.

I'm sorry to hear that Tom - I've always liked your blog because of its opened hearted honesty and intelligence. So unlike so much of the blogosphere. It was like watching a bright and likeable person thinking out loud.

Good luck - and I hope you're not moving too far from Brockwell Park.

Nonsense! You must continue.

It's an excellent blog on a crucial topic in an otherwise empty space (as far as I'm aware).

Please?

Good luck with the move but come back soon Tom! Us pension geeks need you!

Good luck with the other projects, Tom - and please make it a semi-retirement of your blogging keyboard, not a permanent one!

And thanks for all the posts.

I'm having withdrawal symptoms already so this is likely to be a temporary cessation of hostilities.

Good news about "withdrawal symptoms" don't leave us union bods with only Colin!

Don't pack the keyboard too deep - we need you about. oh yes, and hope you're not selling out and headed north of the river either. (sorry for deleted comment - inability to count only underlines how crucial you are to us lefties!)

I'm staying Sarf, moving to a street just off Peckham Rye (the common, not the station).
