Missing in action: labour in ESG, again

A quick plug for the BlackRock/CERES report on shareholder engagement on ESG issues which is available here. There look to be quite a few interesting pieces in there from people who know what they are talking about.

I'm taking my little hobby horse out for ride again today, though, so I searched the document for references to different types of ESG issues. Here are the scores on the doors for mentions -

Governance - 120
Sustainability - 93
Environmental - 40
Climate - 31
Employee/s - 16
Labor - 9
Unions - 1
Worker - 1
Inequality - 1

Hmmm....

On the positive side it s great to see that the NAPF is starting to have a crack at this one.
